ETHICALLY COMPROMISED COVID-19 VACCINES: A VECTOR FOR SPIRITUAL HARM?
This article does NOT disapprove Covid-19 Vaccination, neither does it question the current medical and scientific evidence of Covid-19 disease prevention through Covid-19 Vaccination but offers material for spiritual discernment with regards to ethically compromised Covid-19 Vaccines.
While nobody will deny that we must respect the dignity of an unborn human life, we should also respect on moral or ethical grounds the decision of an individual to decline being administered an ‘ethically compromised Covid-19 vaccine’ that is derived from aborted foetal cell lines that are used in its research and production process.
As of February 2021, there are more than 175 Covid-19 vaccines being developed worldwide and of these there are more than 60 that are into clinical trials and at least one vaccine that uses foetal cell lines generated from Human Embryonic Kidney cells - from the remains of a voluntary aborted foetus. In August 2020, three of Australia's most senior archbishops wrote to the Australian Prime Minister, criticising the vaccine being developed with the use of "a cell line cultured from an electively aborted human foetus", whilst in the US their Bishops in a statement have urged vaccination but have advised their faithful to avoid morally compromised vaccines if possible.
The Catholic Congregation for the Doctrine of Faith has in a statement on 21st December 2020 declared their support for ethically uncompromised vaccines over ethically compromised ones where one has a choice, but however has also declared that “ it is morally acceptable to receive Covid-19 vaccines that have used cell lines from aborted foetuses in their research and production process” in extenuating circumstances such as related to distribution, availability, storage … transport conditions of vaccines thus necessitating one to opt for an ethically compromised vaccine and where one has no choice.
The CDF document goes on to explain: “The fundamental reason for considering the use of these vaccines morally licit is that the kind of cooperation in evil (passive material cooperation) in the procured abortion from which these cell lines originate is, on the part of those making use of the resulting vaccines, remote. The moral duty to avoid such passive material cooperation is not obligatory if there is a grave danger, such as the otherwise uncontainable spread of a serious pathological agent --in this case, the pandemic spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus that causes Covid-19”.
Considering the Holistic approach of Medicine focussing on a person’s physical, emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing - is there a spiritual element to ‘ethically compromised Covid-19 vaccine’ that is a harbinger of spiritual defilement and bodily harm which some conscientious objectors are concerned about and that we all including the Church are unaware of?
We request that you spiritually and morally discern on the message of Ethically compromised Covid-19 Vaccines in the context of the book ‘Suffering and The Thesis of Purgatory: With Prophetic Warnings for Our World' and decide for yourself.
 So in a country like Australia, it would mean preferring the Pfizer/Biontech Vaccine, the Novovax Vaccine or the Moderna Vaccine (if it will be made available) over the Oxford/AstraZeneca Vaccine.

 The Church holds that medicine and therapeutic cures be directed not only to the good and the health of the body, but to the person as such who, in his body, is stricken by evil.  Moreover, in accounting for the Church's loss of influence, we must also point out that recent bioethical thinking in the secular culture itself, as much of its thinking in general, has rejected a public role for religion, especially the Judeo-Christian variety, and adopted a “quality of life” ethic along with a “utilitarian” or “proportionalistic” ethical methodology.  The Book ‘Suffering and The Thesis of Purgatory: With Prophetic Warnings for Our World’ calls the ethically compromised vaccine a 'Vaccine of diabolic nature. The diabolic is man playing God. Men who have become accomplices with Satan's plan to destroy God's elect - those who will embrace this vaccine under the pressure of wanting to belong to the world and not understanding the Salvation of their souls’. And furthermore, warning of consequences, the Book states that 'this vaccine which holds the ‘tissue’ of the foetus of an unborn child, aborted for this reason, is a horrible and outrageous offence against God!’.
 This book consisting of revelations made by the Blessed Virgin Mary to the Seer Iveta Fernandes from Canada has a Preface written by a Catholic Bishop and an Introduction written by a Catholic Priest. The Catholic Church has to date not made any pronouncement on the Visions, Messages and Apparitions of the Blessed Virgin Mary to Iveta that have been taking place for more than 25 yrs. What is to be noted is that the church normally waits a long time before issuing a pronouncement about a particular apparition and its message. If everybody waited for the Church to make a pronouncement, there would be no fruits, and in fact no occasion for the church to make any judgement at all. If the people waited until the church pronounced on Lourdes or Fatima (It takes years), we would not have heard of either of them today. Moreover, the Church approval once declared only authenticates that which has been happening there for years.
